    I went in for an eye exam and to get new contact lenses. The initial eye exam was fine and I paid for 6 months of contact lenses ahead of time. They gave me a pair of contacts to try out & asked me to call back to book a follow up appt. When I called back to book their voicemail said that they were on vacation & closed for 3 weeks, I left a message with my name & # asking that someone call me back when they get back. 6 weeks passed by & I realized that I hadnt heard back from anyone. I called them & they couldnt find my file at first and then when they finally found it they couldnt get me in for another week because they were just "so busy". I went for my follow up finally and they told me my contact order would be ready early the following week & someone would contact me .... 2 weeks passed by and again no call. I called & they said that my order was in but they just hadnt had time to call because they were just "so busy". MAYBE THEY SHOULD LOOK INTO TAKING CARE OF THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE ALREADY PAID INSTEAD OF TRYING TO TAKE ON MORE NEW CLIENTS THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. Oh, and maybe they should update their filing system instead of using the ancient one they have & not being able to find client files ...
