    Instead of simply applologizing and asking if we mind waiting another girl comes out to say she can try to do it. Wtf! Never seen a salon run this way. If your running late just applogize and say so. No big deal.

    My friend Steve Perry is now working in this salon. His is a master at what he does. His skills are amazing. Your new color and hairstyle will leave you feeling great and Steve's personality, will bring you back! So I will 's give this store a 5 Star rating because I know first hand the talent and magic in Steve Perry's work!

    So unprofessional. Staff seem very unorganized. Booked appointment a week ago, and no one was there to do it then suddenly my appointment is there and the lady is there but running late.

    Very poorly trained and managed staff. They speak very unprofessionally and seem confused. Within the first few minutes of being in the door we were done.
