  Terrific facility. It's never very crowded, the gym equipment is well maintained, and the pool is clean. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of fitness classes included with membership, and swimming lessons are also included for no cost which is uncommon amongst fitness centers. Parking can be a bit troublesome on school days as it is attached to the high school but there is plenty of on street parking nearby on Tundra and Bird.

  Funny I was reading reviews early this morning and came across one saying they weren't open when they were supposed to be...then I'm here at 7am on a Saturday and boom, nobody. As I type this it's 7:22 and there are multiple people outside waiting. A facility should always have two people responsible for opening just in case somebody sleeps in. Besides that I like the place though.

  It's an older gym with older equipment, but it's well maintained and clean. Not too busy during the day. The change room is also kept clean. I have not tried the pools etc.

  I've been going to this gym for years. I enjoy it. Staff are great & the clientele are awesome. Very family oriented & a good value for your money in my opinion. However, I find the hours of operation quite poor. I work shift work & end up having to go elsewhere on weekends due to the early closing time.

  The pool and other facilities are why it gets a 4 , The gym is small for the amount of people who use it and a lot of their equipment is in fair condition.
